Simply choose your desired theme, collect the box from our warehouse, set it up following our easy-to-follow video instructions, and enjoy your event. Return the box after the event.
Our packages typically include elegant tableware, linens, centerpieces, decorative accents, and seating arrangements (for picnics). You can also add backdrops, additional decor elements.
To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
We require a 2 weeks notice for cancellations to provide a full refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the event will not be refunded. Please refer to our full cancellation policy for more details.
For outdoor events like luxury picnics, we recommend having a backup plan in case of inclement weather. If we have already setup, we will not help you to relocate the event indoors. If you realise the weather will be an issue before the day of the event, we can reschedule to another date based on availability.
